PropForma LensPrivacy Policy
Last updated September 30, 2026
PropForma Lens is a Chrome extension that reads a commercial property listing you are viewing on LoopNet or Crexi and generates an Excel underwriting model. This policy explains what it does with data.
What stays on your device
Reading the listing, all calculations and creation of the Excel file happen locally in your browser. We do not collect, receive, store or log property details, prices, NOI, the assumptions you enter, the models you export, your browsing history, or personal information such as your name or email address. We do not sell or share user data or use it for advertising, profiling or lending decisions.
What the extension stores in your browser
- Your default financing assumptions (synced by Chrome across your own devices if you use Chrome Sync).
- Timestamps of recent exports, used to apply the free-plan limit.
- If you activate Pro: your license key, its activation identifier and the time it was last verified.
Listing data read from a page is held in memory only while you use the popup and is not saved. Uninstalling the extension removes all stored data.
Network requests
If you activate or use a Pro license, the extension contacts Lemon Squeezy (api.lemonsqueezy.com) to activate, verify or deactivate your key. The request contains your license key and an activation identifier. Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record and processes payments under its own privacy policy; we never see your payment details. On Crexi listing pages the extension also requests that listing's own data from Crexi (api.crexi.com), the same data the page itself uses, so it can read the price and address reliably. That request goes to Crexi, not to us. Apart from this and license verification, the extension makes no network requests. It loads no remote code, fonts or analytics.
