Refund and Cancellation Policy

14-day money-back guarantee

If PropForma Pro is not right for you, email hmtechinovation@gmail.com within 14 days of your first payment with your order email or receipt number. We will refund that payment in full. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 3 to 5 business days.

Cancel any time

You can cancel from the subscription link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or by emailing us and we will cancel it for you. After cancelling you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be billed again.

Renewals

The 14-day guarantee applies to your first payment. Renewal payments are not refundable once the new period has started, but you can cancel before the next renewal date.
